MCLE 4 Lawyers (the "School") is pleased to offer both an online traffic school course and live instruction classes.

The School is a licensed traffic violator school (TVS#1343), following a curriculum approved by the Department of Motor Vehicles. In addition, the School is a State Bar of California approved provider of continuing legal education (MCLE Provider #8873). The School has determined, and certifies, that the Class conforms to the standards for approved education activities prescribed by the rules and regulations of the State Bar of California governing mandatory continuing legal education.

Accordingly, students who complete the online course or attend the live instruction class receive a DMV traffic violator school completion certificate and qualify for California MCLE participatory credit in the amount of 6.5 hours, including 1.0 hour in Prevention, Detection and Treatment of Substance Abuse and Emotional Distress.

The tuition for either course is $195.00.

Online Traffic School

MCLE 4 Lawyers is the first approved online traffic school that allows students to earn a traffic violator school certificate and MCLE credit simultaneously. Simply complete the registration for the online course and proceed at your own pace.

Live Instruction

MCLE 4 Lawyers’ all-day class for practicing lawyers is entitled "A Lawyer's Introduction to the Vehicle Code" (the "Class"). The tuition includes parking and lunch.

The School is a licensed traffic violator school (TVS#1343) and the Class is taught by a licensed traffic violator school instructor (TVI#8731), following a curriculum approved by the Department of Motor Vehicles. Scheduled for eight hours (from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) including breaks and lunch, the Class comprises 400 minutes (6 hours and 40 minutes) of actual in-class instruction.
